IDEA Complaint Decision 07-065

This is the department’s decision regarding that complaint. The issues are whether the district, during the 2006-2007 school year, followed required procedures when suspending a student with a disability or otherwise improperly excluded the student from school and properly responded to the parent’s request that the district change the student’s school placement.
