This webinar will provide an overview of Maintenance of Effort (MOE) and how it relates to both the IDEA entitlement funds and the IDEA recovery funds that will flow through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
NEW INFORMATION THAT WILL HAVE SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON LEA'S DECISION TO REDUCE MOE / UTILIZE CEIS DOLLARS WILL BE ADDRESSED.
The session will review the options for reduction of an LEA's MOE and the issues around supplement not supplant provisions. Examples will be provided.
Intended audience: District Administrators, District Board Members, Pupil Services Directors, and School Business Operations Personnel.
